Development proposed for former Wise Group site in Springboig
Swan Group, which specialises in the development and delivery of affordable housing, has completed the purchase of the former Wise Group site on Edinburgh Road, Glasgow. The site is around 9 acres and a planning consent is currently being submitted with a proposed development of around 150 affordable homes.
Swan Group is currently delivering a range of developments across the UK, providing much needed, high quality, affordable and social housing. Working closely with housing associations and local authorities Swan Group is helping reduce the affordable housing shortfall and local waiting lists.

The site at Edinburgh Road in Springboig is situated approximately 4 miles east of Glasgow City Centre, ideally positioned on the A8 Edinburgh Road, one of the main arterial routes of Glasgow. The site is served by excellent local bus services, two railway stations and access to the M8, M73 and M74 motorway networks.
