Marie Macklin, Founder and Executive Chair of The HALO Urban Regeneration Company, said: “The HALO Scotland continues to grow at an incredibly fast pace and I’m really pleased that Fraser is joining the team full time.

“Fraser has a wealth of experience working across the commercialisation and development of innovation and technology, and his expertise in the legal and commercial aspects of investment is exactly what we need to further develop this area of The HALO.”

“The HALO is the most imaginative, innovative and dynamic urban regeneration project in the UK and I can’t wait to get started and focus solely on helping to deliver this ambitious project.”
