Loch Duart has built a worldwide reputation for producing extraordinary tasting salmon.<\/p>\n<p>The UK wide food award, promoted as the industry benchmark of excellence for innovation, competitiveness and talent, sees Loch Duart competing with some of the country\u2019s biggest and most valued food and drink brands.<\/p>\n<p>Alban Denton, Managing Director of Loch Duart, said:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTo be shortlisted as Exporter of the Year in the Food and Drink Federation Awards means a lot to Loch Duart. We look forward to the awards and celebrating an industry which is one of the UK\u2019s great success stories.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Founded on the principle of farming in a sustainable manner, Loch Duart uses a suite of farming practices, with sustainability, environmental stewardship and fish welfare at its core. These are ethics that customers, including top chefs around the world, trust and respect, proof that farming practices and taste are intrinsically linked.
