The partnership will help us achieve our ultimate vision of a net zero dynamic commercial, educational, cultural, leisure and lifestyle quarter where people can \u2018Live, Work, Learn and Play\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe HALO is all about tomorrow\u2019s world.
