The HALO Urban Regeneration Company, developer of the innovative, multipurpose project planned for the site of the former Johnnie Walker bottling plant in Kilmarnock, today (30 August 2019) announces the appointment of Fraser Morrison as its Commercial Director and In-house Legal Counsel.<\/p>\n
Fraser joins The HALO from the well-respected Scottish legal firm, Macdonald Henderson, where he has worked on the HALO project since 2016. As a qualified corporate and commercial solicitor, Fraser has a wealth of experience working with high-growth technology companies and investment syndicates on the legal and commercial aspects of investment. Fraser\u2019s knowledge of commercialisation and the development of innovation and technology will prove particularly invaluable as The HALO develops its Enterprise and Innovation Hub.<\/p>\n
Fraser’s expertise and abilities have been recognised by top legal guide \u2018The Legal 500\u2019 in which he has been awarded \u201cRecommended Lawyer\u201d status and he is known for the sensible and commercial approach he brings to legal matters and also the strong relationships he builds with clients.<\/p>\n
