Tracey was previously a director with HSS Hire Group, Commercial Director for EJ Access Solutions and Business Development Director for Ashtead Plant Hire. As Business Development Director for Reactec, Tracey\u2019s role will be to introduce and promote to Reactec\u2019s target audiences in the construction, utilities, rail and manufacturing sectors and seek to expand Reactec into International markets.<\/p>\n<p>Edinburgh-based Reactec is the UK market leader in the provision of monitoring devices and a management information reporting platform for Hand Arm Vibration (HAV) risks &#8211; the cause of one of the most common industrial diseases in the UK, White Finger Syndrome or HAVS.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Adcock, Chairman at Reactec, said: \u201cWe are thrilled to have Tracey join our Board. Tracey brings a high level of business development professionalism and enthusiasm to our business. Her experience will be invaluable to Reactec as we continue to promote our monitoring devices and management software to help protect tool operators from the incurable, but preventable, HAVs condition. Tracey\u2019s appointment further increases the female presence on our Board with over 55% of the Board now being women, including our Chief Executive, Jacqui McLaughlin.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Commenting on her appointment, Tracey Gorman, Business Development Director at Reactec, said: \u201cI am excited to be joining the Board of Reactec. Having spent two decades in an industry focussed on improving safety in the workplace, I am pleased that the focus is now clearly on health.
